Managing change - February2015

Change must be realistic, achievable and measurable. Leaders in particular, need to face and manage change in a constructive way but everyone who wants to be successful – in career & life needs to grow in every way.

Personal Changes

Personal change is the root and the most basic change any organization needs.

"Changing is difficult, but not changing is fatal." Personal changes have build in ability to inspire positive changes in ourselves. You cannot change the circumstances but you can change yourself.

Societal Changes

A social community forms and has certain needs which need to be addressed. As it grows, the needs change and therefore the community must change to address those needs. And if it doesn't, it will stagnate.

Environmental Changes

Environmental degradation is undoubtedly one of the biggest problems the world is facing right now. Positive environmental changes will heal the world from all its health problems and make it a better and safer place to live in.

Organizational and Economic Changes

As the world is progressing, the commercial structure of the country undergoes changes. Bringing improvements in the economic policies as per the requirement of the country is important for the growth of the nation.

Change management is the process that assures our organizational structure, including employees, the methods to handle changes. Hence, an ideal combination of change with economic growth is pre-requisite.

"CHANGE WILL NEVER HAPPEN WHEN PEOPLE LACK THE ABILITY AND THE COURAGE TO SEE THEMESELVES FOR WHO THEY ARE."
