Business & Office Co-ordinator

  • Required Experience : Minimum 01 year of experience
  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, Experience in similar type of NGO preferred.
Job Descriptions:
  • Planning and execution of all the activities of different committee as per directive of CEO and OBs
  • Update and management of database like members database, patron members, emailing database. Etc.
  • Editing of videos of FET and other events and make good to upload on you tube
  • Website updation
  • Visit to Industry/organization for collecting sponsorship/membership etc.
  • Minimization of printing and managing soft records
  • Coordination for publication of Samanvaya
  • Keeping records of all the meeting/attendance.
  • Promotion of Hall rental, membership and other program
  • Any other work given by CEO/Secretary/OBs
