Chief Executive Officer

  • Required Experience : Minimum 15 Years of experience
  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, Preferred Post graduate in HR or management. Work experience in similar type of NGO or NPO organization.
Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for all the activities(administrative and execution) of BMA
  • Planning and execution of all the activities related to
    • Annual Management Convention
    • Round Table Conference on different Subject/program
    • Young Manager Development Committee
    • Friday Evening Talk (FET)
    • Social action development committee
    • Co-operative Seminar
    • Health care/Pharma program
    • Women Development Conference.
    • Managing Committee
    • Management Development Program
  • Instruct and guide the office staff
  • Communication with Company CEO, Director and other dignitaries for sponsorship and event participation.
  • Fixing the faculty, speakers of different session of event.
  • Maintain the office infrastructure and upgrade with co-ordination with OBs and Steering Committee
  • Any other work given by OBs
  • Preparing annual report and audit report AGM notice, /MOM of AGM
  • Secretarial assistance to CEO/Secretary like preparing Notice, Agenda points, MOM for all committee
