Program Manager

  • Required Experience : Minimum 03 years of experience
  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, preferred management graduate and work experience in similar type of NGO or NPO organization.
Job Descriptions: Following Major areas of work
  • Planning and execution of all the activities related to Program of the different Committee.
  • Preparing name plates, labels, folders etc. for all the offline programs.
  • Preparing broucher, flyer etc. of program and communication with designer for getting it done in required time.
  • Communication with Faculty and fixing the schedule.
  • Sending email to members and WA communication for all the program. Handling of incoming email and sharing with respective members and reply.
  • For virtual event, Creating zoom link for online program and recording the event and storing, editing and uploading on you tube.
  • Minimization of printing and managing soft records.
  • Preparing report of the program for publication of Samanvaya and AIMA e-magazine.
  • Any other work given by CEO/Secretary/OBs
