Program Manager Shivani Mathur warmly welcomed the gathering. FET chair Dr Manoj Shukla opened the proceedings and formally welcomed Mr Rohan Lele. Mr Rohan Lele, Founder & Principal Consultant, Amaltas Consulting, delivered the session. He is a Leadership Facilitator & Coach with a background in Strategic HRM from IIM Ahmedabad and MHRM from M.S. University of Baroda.
The session focused on the journey of moving beyond ordinary performance and developing the mindset, behaviours and leadership capabilities required to become extraordinary. Participants gained insights into personal excellence, continuous improvement, leadership effectiveness, self-awareness and the transition from being good to achieving greater impact.
