Baroda Management Association (BMA) organised a Management Development Program on “Emotional Intelligence and Spirituality in Business and Organisation” by Mr Rajesh Jain at Tara Suns Hotel, Vadodara. The event was organised under the visionary leadership of Dr Mangla Chouhan, President, BMA.
The key insight is that career growth is a continuous journey that goes beyond gaining technical knowledge or achieving professional milestones. It requires a combination of self-awareness, effective communication, adaptability, leadership, decision-making, and the willingness to keep learning.
