Mr. Manoj Shah, an accomplished leader in the Paints & Coatings Industry, based in Vadodara.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Polycoates Engineering Services for over 16 years, Mr. Shah has demonstrated exceptional skills in business management, contractual agreements, and outsourcing. Under his guidance, Polycoates has successfully completed and managed industrial painting projects for prominent organizations such as Reliance Industries, Tecnimont (IOCL, MRPL, ONGC Petro additions Ltd), CINDA (Petronet LNG), GACL and others.

Mr. Shah’s expertise extends beyond the Indian market, as he has actively assisted international players in establishing and expanding their industrial paints and specialty coatings businesses.

His notable experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator for Shalimar Paints Ltd., where he efficiently managed protective coatings projects for Tecnimont and IOCL in Panipat. Additionally, he excelled as a Marketing Associate for Chugoku Marine Paints (Singapore), achieving significant business at Reliance Industries Ltd under Bechtel (London) as consultant.

With a comprehensive career spanning various managerial roles, including General Manager of Business Development at Grand Polycoats Company Pvt. Ltd. And Regional Manager at Jenson & Nicholson (I) Ltd. Mr. Shah has consistently demonstrated his strategic acumen and leadership prowess.

His educational background includes a Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic College, and he pursued Management studies at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI) Gandhinagar.

Not only is Mr. Shah a respected figure in the industry, but he is also an active member of prestigious organizations like SSPC (Society for Protective Coating, USA), ASTM International, and NACE International which is Now AMPP, USA, where he actively contributes to technical committees and presents papers on coatings project management.

Now being a professional member of AIMA (All India Management Association, Delhi), he serves as President of Baroda Management Association.
